Qualification
- Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) full-time / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Office Assistant: Graduate in any stream with Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, Minimum Typing Speed of 30 wpm on computer.
- Manager (AVSEC Training and Audit) Senior Grade and Manager (AVSEC Training and Audit) Junior Grade: Graduation of 3 years duration from any recognized university with valid BCAS Certified valid AVSEC instructor certification and/ or AVSEC Auditor Certification. The certificate(s) should be valid up to 30.06.2024. Preference will be given to candidates having both valid AVSEC Instructor & AVSEC Auditor certificates. In addition to the above the candidate must have appropriate knowledge of guidelines issued by ICAO; IATA; BCAS & DGCA as well as a working knowledge of Information Technology.
- Senior Assistant (HR) : Full-time regular two years duration MBA (HR) with 60% marks.
Salary Details
- Manager (Finance): Rs. 95,000 – 1,15,000/-Per Month
- Office Assistant: Rs. 30,000 – 34,000/-Per Month
- Manager (AVSEC Training and Audit) Senior Grade and Manager (AVSEC Training and Audit) Junior Grade: Rs. 1,15,000 – 1,35,000/-Per Month
- Senior Assistant (HR): Rs. 30,000 – 34,000/-Per Month
Age Limit
- Manager (Finance): 37 years
- Office Assistant: 32 years
- Manager (AVSEC Training and Audit) Senior Grade and Manager (AVSEC Training and Audit) Junior Grade: 48 years
